Project Description
Tucked away at the end of the Marten Road garden, this bespoke pergola space offers a serene hideaway for quiet moments, casual lounging, or outdoor entertaining.
Studio 35 designed the structure to complement the property’s overall material palette — using black-stained timber to echo the fencing and decking seen throughout the project. A natural woven canopy softens the overhead light, casting beautiful shadows across the seating and planting areas below.
The raised platform creates a sense of separation from the rest of the garden, giving the space a private, enveloped feel. With layered greenery, rustic planters, and a neutral outdoor rug, the pergola balances tactile softness with architectural simplicity.
